Jom kita pergi jogging


Dah lama rasa nya aku x pegi jogging. Almost 1 year. memang betul2 xsihat sebab dh 1 year xpegi jogging. sebab tula badan aku ni makin naik je. berat xnak turun2. isssh..

Petang tadi dengan semangat n keazaman yang tinggi, aku pegi jugak jogging. dekat je dengan ofis. kat area rumah2 banglo tu ade tasik. petang2 slalu nampak org jogging kat situ. so, tadi aku pn join la mat saleh2, pak arab2 kat situ jogging.


rasa cam jogging kat oversea je. macam2 bangsa ade tadi masa aku pegi jogging. :) Adela lebih kurang 1km aku jogging tadi. buat stretching lebih2 sket sbb dah lama x regangkn badan ni.dah keras semacam je. lepas stretching n jogging, barula rasa badan ni fresh n ringan sket.


Kna buat sket2 sebab dah lama sangat x exercise. kalo dh slalu buat, bolehla jogging 2-3 km sebab tasik tu luas. view pun cantik sebab nampak semua bangunan2 canggih kat putrajaya tu. angin pun best je rasa.

Korang dah exercise ke blom? kalo blom, jom join aku jogging petang2.badan sihat, otak cergas :)
