Usually pagi sabtu/ahad, kitorang pegi jogging and buat sket exercise kat tepi tasik Presint 8. Luas jugak tempat jogging ni. Kalo rasa malas nak jogging, boleh la buat exercise kat outdoor gym.






Kalo korang nak pegi sini,senang je. cari presint 8.pastu masuk kat Kelab tasik Putrajaya.Kalo korang rasa malas nak exercise n jogging, boleh jugakla kalo nk swimming kat kelab tu.








Triple twister ni seswai untuk korang yang nak kuruskan pinggang. sekali twist,teras bpusing pinggang ni.I Like!!
