.: Resepi Hari Ini - Aglio Olio :.


Aglio Olio

Ingredients
  • 13 oz of dried spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1-2 large red chillies, seeded and finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions
Bring a large saucepan of salted water to a boil and add the spaghetti. Stir well and boil rapidly for 8 minutes, or until the pasta is al dente.
Meanwhile, combine the oil, garlic, and chilli in a small saucepan. Cook over a low heat for 7-8 minutes to allow the oil to absorb all the flavors. The garlic should become golden brown but don’t allow it to burn.
Drain the cooked pasta and return it to the large saucepan over a very low heat. Make sure it’s not a high heat because you don’t want to dry out the pasta. Pour the oil mixture over the pasta and add the parsley. Mix thoroughly so all the pasta is well coated with the oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.

Aglio Olio style Iylia
  • 1 genggam Macaroni (Rebus sampai al dente) --> spageti kat rumah out of stock
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 4 ulas bawang putih dicincang
  • 1 biji lada merah (dibuang biji dan dicincang)
  • 2 sudu daun parsli kering (yang fresh xde stok)
  • Garam dan blackpepper
  • 1/2 batang Carrot (dipotong memanjang)
  • 1/2 batang kacang panjang (dihiris )
  • 10 ekor udang (dibuang kulit)
Cara-cara Memasak:
  1. Panaskan minyak.
  2. Masukkan udang dan goreng sekejap.
  3. Bila udang dah nak masak, kecilkan api dan masukkan bawang putih dan lada merah. Tumis sehingga bawang putih kekuningan dan biarkan sehingga minyak tu boleh menyerap semua rasa dari bawang putih dan lada merah.
  4. Masukkan carrot dan kacang panjang. Goreng sebentar.
  5. Masukkan macaroni, daun parsli, garam dan blackpepper.
  6. Kacau sehingga rata. Sedia untuk dihidangkan.

Tips Masakan 1: Kecilkan api sebelum menumis bawang putih kerana ia akan cepat hangus.
Tips Masakan 2: Untuk mengelakkan segala jenis pasta (spageti, makaroni etc) terlebih masak selepas direbus, lalukan pasta yang telah ditoskan dibawah air. Ataupun boleh juga diletak ais di atas pasta yang tengah ditoskan itu. Gaul2kan sebentar supaya sejuk.
